Owned and operated by a Developmental Therapist with over 15 years of experience

Learning Through Play™

Our mission is to provide family-friendly educational & therapeutic services to Chicago families. Our staff members are experienced Developmental Therapists, certified music therapists and art therapists, licensed counsellors, and Type 04 licensed teachers. Students from graduate programs in Child Development assist our staff as teacher aides.

We provide both home-based and center-based services. Following is a listing of current and upcoming programs.

Education (Classes & Playgroups)

• Developmental Playgroups for 0-3
• Preschool Classes for 3-5
• Specialized Playgroups (Music, Movement, Art)

Therapeutic Services

• EI credentialed Developmental Therapists
• Global Developmental Evaluations

Family Training & Resources

• Infant Massage Instruction for Parents
• Feeding Clinic (weekly—anticipated start date in Sept)
• Open Play Program (a safe and informal environment where parents can socialize and their children can play and interact while monitored by Child Development Specialists.)
• The Hanen Program for Parents (parent training for “family-focused” early language intervention)
• Family Counselling and Family Training Groups (behavior, feeding, etc.)
• Spanish Interpreter
