- Academic Playgroups for Preschoolers
The Learning Through Play™ developmental center will offer academic playgroups for children ages 12months to 5years, starting in the Fall 2008. The classes will focus on developing skills in Communication & Socialization, Art & Fine Motor, Music & Movement. Our playgroup classes are designed to provide a fun and relaxed environment in which your child can engage in effective developmental play activities. Parents are welcome to join in with their child, ask questions at any time, browse through the resource library, or chat with other parents.
- Global Assessment
A global evaluation assessing cognitive, language, motor, social-emotional development using a universally accepted and recognized curriculum-based tool (Hawaii Early Learning Profile) is conducted by a credentialed Developmental Therapist and includes detailed report and recommendations
- Developmental Therapy
Private developmental therapy sessions in your home for children 0-3 years
- Infant Massage Instruction
Private home-based class teaches parents the benefits and techniques of infant massage. Sessions taught by IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) certified Infant Massage Instructor
- Therapeutic Play Interactions™
Our child development specialists are available to come to your home for one-on-one instructive play sessions with your child, geared toward your child’s specific needs
- Consultation
Find help with your specific concerns, such as feeding, sleep, or behavioral issues
